Ralph Rettler

Ralph was born in 1974, studied law and earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Barcelona. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he worked since the age of 17 in the family business alongside to his studies in school. In his career course, which literally started as being a window cleaner and moved on to the position of assistance of the executive committee, he learned from experience about many areas of a modern service provider.

During his MBA studies with the focus on business development and innovation management, he participated in a management trainee program in the fashion industry and was in charge of marketing and sales in the Dr. Rettler Service GmbH (facility management, 900 employees).

Since 2003, Ralph is the managing director of SIT Germany. After his studies and as part of a joint venture with SIT Israel Ltd. he introduced the SIT method of innovation to the German-speaking market. He has successfully lead product development-, problem solving- workshops and Marcom projects. Ralph enjoys both holding lectures at conferences and networking different people and ideas.

Ralph is a man of movement and fills his free time with lots of sporting activities. Relaxation for him is listening to classical music while having his cat on his side.


Benedikt Pröll

Benedict is the Creative Director of SIT Germany. He has a Bachelor of Arts in management from the Webster University in Vienna. Parallel to his position as the marketing director of an established distributing company for toll manufacturing and private label production in the area of WPR and cosmetics, he studied for his MBA in Barcelona and completed his studies in 2005. Following his studies, he worked as the managing director of a marketing and distribution company, where he successfully launched several products of different categories.

Today Benedikt is consultant and creative director of SIT. He specializes in the field of innovation and development of new products and services for companies in different areas, and supports the SIT team also through his extensive contacts with the German and European trade.

Benedikt amuses his colleagues with his unique linguistic talents and impresses them with great sense of aesthetics. If Benedikt is not in the office he can be found either on the ski slopes or on a sailboat.




Felix von Held

Felix is consulting director for SIT Germany. He is responsible for the development of new methods and product formats, as well as for the scientific work of SIT Germany.

Felix studied organizational and social psychology (MSc) at the London School of Economics. His work there focused on the design of creative learning and innovation workshops. In his business studies at the University of Regensburg, he specialized in strategic and innovation management. In 2005 Felix started his doctorate dissertation in which he examines the dynamics of social networks within the innovation processes.

Felix worked from 2005 to 2008 at the BMW Group in the area of Marketing and Innovation in Strategic Change Management. His area was in the design of innovation processes, developing new processes for generating ideas in the field of product and communication, as well as change management consulting in the context of corporate strategy.

Alongside his work at SIT Felix (and his backpack) can be found hiking or enjoying different sport activities.


Gabriele Richter

Gabriele studied law at the University of Regensburg and at the University of Munich. During her studies she was specialist for restaurant reviews and published her insights on a well-known website. Following her study, she completed an internship in an advertising company. This lead her to gain strong advertising experience before she started her professional career in a law firm for civil rights.

Since 2008 Gabriele is a part of the SIT Germany team and responsible for organizational management. Starting with workshop facilitation, going through their pre-and post-work organization and ending with the planning of events and their execution. Andreas ReiserAndreas Reiser

Andreas is senior consultant and joining SIT since June 2009. After his mechanical engineering studies he worked for a German machinery company in China, India, Brazil and in Germany in operational and strategic tasks the last four and a half years. Besides that he did his master in industrial engineering at the university of Karlsruhe.

Knowing the worldwide production network of his previous company he realized how important constant process and product innovation is. With his industrial background combined with the SIT approach he delivers substantial value to all customers.

Beside his professional work loves to travel and to do outdoor activities such as snowboarding and biking. Having a delicious dinner with friends makes his day perfect.

 

 

 


Stefanie MaulStefanie Maul

Stefanie finished her tertiary education with a Masters in International Business (MEB) in Berlin, London and Turin. Beforhands she studied European Studies and Communication Science in Passau and Florence. She is passionate about foreign cultures and languages and therefore started her professionell experiences at the International PR Department of Siemens and the European Parliament in Brussels.
In 2008 she became one of the co-founder of a creative DIY-Internet startup that has been awarded a grant by the European Social Fund and the Entrepreneurship Centre of Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich. There, Stefanie was responsible for public relations and marketing activities as well as for all typical startup actions taking place.
At SIT Stefanie is supporting the cross-disciplinary team as a consultant and in all PR activities.
On the weekends she loves going to the nearby mountains as she is enjoying outside activities like skiing and hiking. She also adores travelling to foreign countries, her favourite place is Italy.
