SIT generally takes on the following approaches:

Innovation Projects: Here we develop together with our clients and cooperation partners concrete results in the form of unique ideas and concepts. Our focus is on quality and ideas that can be implemented, rather than quantity and wild ideas.

Innovation Partners: Here we establish a continuous innovation process in the business of our clients, aiming to ensure novel thinking and business renewal. This serves as a basis for an inspiring and stimulating innovation culture.

Training: Here we combine theory and practical exercises to transfer knowledge about how to implement innovation practices. Our purpose in all kinds of training is to relate it to the business of our clients. The main focus is on the transfer of skills and methods and on the permanent integration of SIT within the client's brainstorming process.

Seminars: Here our goal is to transfer knowledge and inspire both smaller and larger groups.  The seminars are often performed in a workshop format, in which theory is mixed together with stimulating and interactive exercises.
